We are not announcing the lumens of our lights, because we believe that lumen measurement has recently lost its reliability. We do not want to involve in an unfair competition with the producers of Far East, and prefer to declare lighting distances in stead. Although two flashlights have even the same lumens, their lighting performance differs according to LED driver circuit, light frequency and lens. Heider AGX is made of a unique design and technical specifications.

You can contact to our local offices to place an order for extra batteries. Or, you can purchase a high quality 18650 type 3.7V battery from any retailer in your area.

When you order from our website, your product will be delivered to you within 1-5 working days. This time may vary depending on your distance. Usually it is 1-3 working days to European countries and America. In other countries, this period may take 1-2 business days longer.

We ship worldwide with DHL and/or UPS; however, the courier companies can vary among European countries. We ship your items via PostNL and/or DPD to European countries. We also provide a tracking number after you placed your order.

Heider AGX gets its power from 18650 type 3.6V 3000 mAh rechargeable battery. Your batteries usually have a capacity of 1000 charges. This is 3-5 years for normal use. The batteries included in Heider AGX may differ depending on the developing battery technology.

Your Heider AGX Super Power flashlight is under our 5-year warranty. Also the chargers and the batteries are under 6-months of warranty.
