What is the country of origin of the Heider products?

German designed Heider products are manufactured in China with high standards on production.

Heider Flashlights are distinctively designed by our professional R&D team in Germany and manufactured in PRC with a high quality production process.


We are not announcing the lumens of our lights, because we believe that lumen rating, recently lost its reliability. We do not want to involve in an unfair competition with the producers of Far East, and prefer to declare lighting distances instead. Although two flashlights have even the same lumens, their lighting performance differs according to LED driver circuit, light frequency and their lens. All Heider Flashlights is made of a unique design and technical specifications.

How can I order an extra battery?

We sadly announce that you cannot order extra batteries because we are not allowed to sell only batteries due to the custom legislations. However, if you reside in Turkey or Europe, you can contact to our local offices to place an order for extra batteries.

What is the estimated delivery date?

Once you place an order on our website, your item will be delivered you within 2-3 business days.

Which courier company are you working with?

We ship worldwide with DHL and/or UPS; however, the courier companies can vary among European countries. We ship your items via PostNL and/or DPD to European countries. We also provide a parcel tracking number after you placed your order.

What type of battery is used to work the flashlight?

Heider AGX, CFX, CSX and BBX take their power from 18650 type 3.6v 3000 mAh rechargeable battery. Heider MMX and CF1v2 take their power from 14500 type 3.7v 800 mAh rechargeable battery. All batteries have 1000 charge circles.


What are the warranty terms of your products?

Your Heider flashlights are under our 5-year warranty. Also the chargers and the batteries are under 6-months of warranty.

How can I get the hidden lighting modes?

Click the on/off button in succession to get the main modes. Clicking the on/off button halfway repeatedly in rapid succession before clicking it trough will open the hidden functional modes.
